Scope

This part of GB/T 24218 specifies the test method for determining the resistance of covering materials of diapers to penetration of liquids onto the skin. The liquid penetration test procedure in this test is consistent with the method in GB/T 24218.13. This method is suitable for quality control and comparison of the moisture resistance of nonwovens with different covering materials and different treatment processes, but it cannot simulate the actual use conditions of the final product.
