Scope

This document describes a method for the determination of the content of migratable hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)] in toy materials by ion chromatography. This document applies to the following accessible toy materials: --- Class 1: dry, brittle, powdery or pliable toy materials; --- Class 2: liquid or viscous toy materials; --- Class 3 Class: Scratchable toy material.
