Scope

This document specifies the product code and specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of chopped basalt fibers for road asphalt mixtures (hereinafter referred to as "chopped basalt fibers"). This document applies to chopped basalt fibers added to road asphalt mixtures.
