- This document specifies the classification of laboratory waste storage devices, general requirements, indoor storage devices, outdoor storage devices, environmental protection requirements, technical requirements and inspection methods, inspection rules, as well as signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This document applies to installations that store laboratory-generated waste. This document does not apply to installations for storage of medical, radioactive laboratory waste and biochemical laboratory waste involving biological agents (microorganisms and biologically active substances).
